JOINING, SUBMITTING and more

MANIPULATE-THE-WORLD is a community dedicated to photo-manipulator artists of all kinds, either beginner, experienced or professional.

HOW TO JOIN
Joining our group is done by simply pressing that "JOIN" button, here on the home page. For the moment we are automatically accepting new join requests.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Once you've become a member you can submit a piece of art to the group's featured gallery by simply pressing the "CONTRIBUTE ART" button above.

SUBMISSION LIMIT
We decided to have a limit of 1 image/week. [THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY] Please don't send more than one image at a time as they will be rejected.

Special folder for tutorials can be found HERE. Anyone who wants to share some knowledge about photo-manipulation is welcomed to submit it to our gallery and we'll place it in that specialized folder.

Also, here are some quick links to our gallery folders: Dark, Emotional, Surreal and Fantasy, Abstract and Conceptual, People, Landscapes and Scenery, Others.

Hello friends! First of all our little group wishes you all a Happy Easter and hopefully you enjoy this holiday with the dear ones around !
Secondly, apparently i am the only one around taking care of this group! So please bare with me as it is not that easy to do it on my own..I will try to accept your gallery submissions once a week, every weekend, and i am very sorry for the delay lately but i have been busy as hell and no one from the staff is around anymore to help! I wish i could do more and i'm trying my best!
Thanks for the understanding! Keep creating art and do what you do with your heart open !

ohh i have recently come across a dilemma - is my artwork copyright infringement?? i have read the rules and they seem to be...,........

so i don't know what to do- however - many groups have accepted my artwork!! - does anyone else have this problem?? - please help me!!!!!!!
i can't draw very well - and photo manip's are wat i'm best at - does it mean i have to ask permission from every single source i use?? surely people don't do that!! well at least not EVERY SINGLE one? - so wat if i write a story about - let's say - Disney characters - does that mean i have to ask disney if i could use their characters in my story?? i do credit people already and have a disclaimers note in the description - but obviously its still copyrighted !!! how do other Photo manipulators over come this problem???
